Once safely on shore, we found out that the island was called Malta.
The islanders showed us unusual kindness. Acts 28. 1-2

WHO
WE ARE
Anglican
Churches
(as for example the Church of England, the Holy Catholic Church of
Japan, the Church of the Province of Southern Africa) exist across the
world as a Communion, a family of Churches.
Our churches - the Pro-Cathedral
in Valletta
and Holy Trinity in Sliema and the congregation of Our Lady and St George
on Gozo - are Anglicanism's expression in the Maltese archipelago. We
are part of the Diocese in Europe, which is the most recently created
of the forty-four dioceses of the Church of England.
So, as the Anglican Chaplaincy in Malta and Gozo we exist primarily to
serve members not only of the Church of England but also of the rest of
the Anglican Communion, while welcoming English speaking Christians of
other denominations, seeking to worship God in their language, who also
find a spiritual home with us.

communicant members of other Churches, which subscribe to the doctrine
of the Holy Trinity and who are in good standing in their own Church.
