The Mother’s Union

United in Prayer & Worship

The Mothers’ Union Diocese in Europe now has its own website. Check it out for news and information at

In the Maltese Islands the branch of the Mothers’ Union seeks to support through local organisations, those parents and children whose family life has been disrupted by adversity. Our work includes connecting with people of all faiths who need comfort and support, according to the situation, and to encourage with worship, prayer and service, the women of the expatriate community in the faith and life of the Church. Great emphasis is placed upon our Ecumenical links

Visiting members are most welcome to attend any of our monthly meetings normally held on the third Monday each month.

Corporate Communion

is held on the first Wednesday of the month at 11.00 in the Seminary Gozo

For details of the next MOTHERS’ UNION meeting see our webpage at

Loving Lord We thank you for your love so freely given to us all.

We pray for families around the world.

Bless the work of the Mothers’ Union as we seek to share your love through the encouragement, strengthening and support

 of marriage and family life.

Empowered by your Spirit, may we be united in prayer and worship,

and in love and service reach out as your hands across the world.

 In Jesus’ name. Amen
